1996 Olympic Games

Led large-scale catering logistics, including menu development, pricing, vendor quality control, and daily meal production for volunteers. Managed concessions with 2,500+ volunteers and oversaw a tennis venue serving 4,500 guests daily, along with corporate tent catering for up to 1,500 guests.
